PLYMOUTH’S first public electric car charging points are now live.
Charge points have been installed at three city centre car parks, three park-and-ride sites and even at a Plymouth further education college.

PLYMOUTH is to get a raft of new charging points for electric cars at key sites around the city.
As reported in The Herald, Plymouth City Council has won £142,500 of government funding for the facilities that will be set up on land owned by public-sector organisations.
Plymouth won the cash after the Government made £37 million available and asked local authorities to bid for a slice of the cash.
